Special General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of South Maroubra SLSC to be held on Sunday 26 July 2020 12.30 pm in the Horizons room for the consideration of the recommendation from the Board of Management that a new Constitution and Regulations documents of South Maroubra SLSC Inc 2020 be accepted and endorsed in its entirety and replace the Constitution adopted in July 2011.

To be eligible to vote at the Special General Meeting  as per Rule 12 of current club Constitution 2011 – Active (18 years and over) Active Reserve, Long Service, Active (15-18 years), Life Members, Award Members and Associate members who conform to Rule 11.7. All voting members must be financial for both the current and previous season.
 
Note: current season is 2020/21 and previous season is 2019/20
