Congrats to our new IRB Drivers who passed their exam last weekend. 

A big thanks to all their trainers!

This year the U16 and U 18 Coordinator roles have been filled after a few seasons off. The aim of this role is to keep our young SRCs and Bronzies engaged, involved and aware of all opportunities the Club and Surf Life Saving can offer.

Last weekend saw our first Cadet Board and Ski training with Dave Lowlett and Shane White kindly towing the gear to Malabar (and back) and coaching the Club’s future. The skis proved to be a tad tricky, but another great South Maroubra afternoon was had by all.

We are in the early stages of organising the Cadet training groups, more details will be emailed directly. Huge thanks to our Board, Ski, Swim and Run Coordinators.

December 14: Garie Beach Patrol– a great all day patrol with heaps of good food and plenty opportunity to work on your board and crew skills – an ideal first patrol for the New SRCs and Bronzies.
