IMPORTANT AGM Information - Zoom registration

Dear Member,

As previoulsy advised the South Maroubra SLSC Annual General Meeting will be conducted this Sunday 29 August 2021 commencing at 2.00pm. As per the last meeting notification the Club is governed by the current NSW Health Orders as to the delivery of this year's AGM. We now confirm and advise that the meeting will be conducted via the video conferencing platform Zoom. This will be the first time we have delivered an AGM via this format, but we feel confident of delivering a successful and engaging meeting.

It is important to note you must PRE-REGISTER to attend the AGM. The link below is the registration link. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the meeting on Sunday.

Each member intending to attend the AGM via Zoom MUST pre-register individually so we have an accurate record of attendance.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Please check your emails, and be sure to check your spam folder in case the email goes there.

Relevant documents including the Club 2020/21 Annual Report will be emailed via a share folder link to all registered attendees prior to the meeting. All documents will also be made available on the day, and online after the meeting.

Members who are eligible to vote at the AGM as per the Club Constitution & Regulations are as follows:
Voting Rights
Members voting rights shall be limited to Active, Long Service, and Life Members who are financial members of the Club and Award Members who filled patrol and Club obligations of the previous season. Active members are definded as: Active 15-18 years, Active Seniors 18 years and over, and Reserve Active.

Renew your membership
You must be renewed for the 2021/22 Season in order to vote at the AGM. Due to the current NSW Health Orders, we cannot take renewals in person. Please renew online through your members area account.
