LIFESAVING EDUCATION & TRAINING
When you're a lifesaver your training and education doesn't stop once you've finished your Bronze Medallion. There are plenty of courses where you can upgrade your skills. These are anything ranging from advanced resuscitation and spinal managements skills to IRB drivers and crew to becoming a trainer and assessor yourself. The courses build on each other and most have pre-requisites you must complete in order to participate.

COURSES & AWARDS
Aimed at 13 - 14 year olds, this award is the beginning to becoming a lifesaver.
Our next SRC course will run as a 4 week course in January 2026. We will run a course for our current Nippers starting November 2025. The next Information Night will be held on 27 January 2026 at 6.30pm at the Surf Club. Register your interest For more information contact us! |
You'll need to be 15 years of age to do the Bronze Medallion. Once you've completed the course you will be able to be a fully fledged lifesaver with us!
